A. I likes cars since I was a kid. As growing, I started to read  magazines  that  relate to cars. I appreciate the shape of cars but does not involve in the interior structure till I visited  a car agency with classmates in  last December. That also inspired me to take a deeper look about the car structure. I surfed the Internet and read books that mention the interior structure of cars. I acquired lots of hardware know-how of cars. Usually, the shape of cars is an important reason to attract people's attention. However, how to make the car to  achieve its efficient of utilizing is the most important factor to people even car makers. Likewise,  we like to judge people by their appearance or first impression  but  we might make a wrong decision because cultivation is more important factor than the appearance when we get along with other people.

B. I have some advices to other students. First prepare the SAT and TOEFL test as soon as possible because that is the most important thing that colleges need. If you are apply for art schools then you need more then one year to prepare your portfolio. Also do well on every high school year because GPA it matters. And find a good agency!!!

C. Special food in Tainan."Xue Jia Yong Tong Milkfish Porridge" only serves porridge made with the freshest milkfish meat, so that the porridge tastes sweet and not fishy. The store also serves chewy milkfish balls. Customers always have nothing but the best compliments whenever they dine at the store.

How much freedom should parents give their children?

In this modern society, there are two kinds of parents, one of them give full freedom to their children, let them go and do whatever they want. Another is by holding them tight and not giving them any freedom. There are both good and bad consequences for each other, and it is a very important choice, how much freedom should parents give their children.
Most of the parents do not give too much freedom to their children. They are afraid that children will behave badly after they have what they want. Moreover, they also concerns about their safety because there are too many dangerous things happen in the modern society. We might hear the term “helicopter parents”:  “applies to far more than those who hover relentlessly over their childcare’s academic and musical development.” The first of its series, the 10-year-old boy Sam whose mother does not allow him to do almost every thing for instance, his mother “wouldn’t let him ride a bike, cut up his own meat” because she worries that Sam might get hurt. Not surprisingly, “the plea from a stressed-out, thwarted Sam: I just want to do things by myself.”
But, if parents indulge children too much or give them too much freedom, what the consequence would be? The behavior of those children; lack of empathy, bragging, do not know how to deal with self emotion, defend other people when they grow up. According to the professor of National Taiwan University psychology professor Lei Geng Ling said” too much emphasis on the child's emotional, it's easy too spoiled, hurt child feeling...”. Besides, giving too much freedom to children easily lead bad grade because no body would take care of their academic development. Lacking of academic pressure also “lowers their self-evaluation, competency assessment. They might give up themselves or see another accomplishment. “Said Yang Xiu Yao Education Association Taipei Office Director.”
Too much or less of freedom would cause problems. Giving some of the freedom but not giving all is the best choice. Although it is a vague question because there is difficult for parents to measure the percentage of freedom should give to children. The truth is, children during teenagers are looking for ego, peer identification and need more approval and freedom, they would fight for anything and get what they want from their parents. Parents have to be smart to examine how much should be let go, the time that should be or should not be.
There is not right or wrong answer; it is just a good or bad decision. One important decision might affect the entire of life children. This is why it is a serious decision to make for parents.

Comments on "Good Fences Make Good Neighbors"

I don't believe that good fences make good neighbors. How can neighbors get together if they are divide by the fences. Everyday I walk in to the elevator and I will say "Hi!" to my neighbors when he or she walks in. Sometimes my dad will chat with the neighbors to build up their friendship. When we need help then the neighbors can help us. So I think these sentiments are not totally contradictory.

Interesting place to visit in Taiwan

Tainan is my home town, so it has most of my memory. Tainan City, is a special municipality located in southern Taiwan, Tainan is the oldest city in Taiwan and also commonly known as the "Capital City" for over 200 years of history as the capital of Taiwan under Koxinga and later Qing dynasty rule. So there were many castle left by the war. The famous one is call "Anping Fort" that is the refuge for Taiwan local people and it's also a place to defend the attack from Kozinga people. The food in Tainan is different. Tainan people like to put a lot of sugar in the food when they are cooking.
They make the food so special. Tainan has the first Taiwan Confucian Temple. Confucian is the most important and powerful teacher in the past. The Confucian Temple is for the student to remember we have to obey, respect and  love our teacher. Tainan is the most interesting place to visit in Taiwan
